New Year’s Edition
Want to set good intentions for your upcoming year? Join the extended Reflect and Reset journaling session.
For the final Reflect and Reset session for 2024, we will reflect on the past year and set new intentions and goals for 2025.
The session will begin with a guided meditation followed by reflective exercises to help you learn from the past year’s experiences and move into the new year with inspiration and motivation.
All you need is a comfortable space, a notebook and a pen.

Meet your host
Combining creative thinking and mindfulness
In both design and yoga, having a reflective practice is important: in design, we use reflective journaling to investigate ideas and write reflections on results; in yoga, we use reflective exercises to connect with our bodies, emotions, and intuition.
After experiencing burnout at age 21, I became interested in how the reflective practice could relieve stress, break unhealthy patterns, and cultivate creative thinking. Today, the reflective practice is an important part of my design practice, my yoga practice, and even my daily morning routine.
I wanted others to experience the benefits of the reflective practice, and understand the power of accountability and consistency, which is why I am offering this free Reflect & Reset session on the first Sunday of each month.
